  • “Send a message” form (Book a Consultation page): your email address and your message.
  • “Pick a time” booking calendar(Book a Consultation page): your name, email address, company name, the date and time you choose, and — if you provide them — your phone number, company size, country, and any notes. These details are used to create the meeting on our Google Calendar and to send you a calendar invite.
  • Chat bubble (bottom right of every page): the messages you type into the chat.

We also use these third-party services to run the site:

  • Google Analytics 4(Google LLC) — measures visits and which pages and buttons are used, including visits arriving from social media links. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) only if you click “Accept” on our cookie notice. If you click “Decline”, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
  • Google Calendar and Google Workspace(Google LLC) — receive the booking details above to create the meeting and send your invite, and handle our email.
  • CypherLM— provides the chat bubble and processes the messages you send through it.
  • Google Fonts(Google LLC) — serves the fonts used on this site, which means your browser requests them from Google.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to respond to your message, schedule and hold your consultation, deliver our accounting services, and (with your consent) understand how visitors use this website. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Submissions are stored in an encrypted MongoDB Atlas database. Email communications are sent via TLS-encrypted SMTP. Access to your data is restricted to authorized Imperial Ledger personnel only.

4. Data Retention

We retain consultation submissions for up to 24 months after the last interaction. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@imperialledger.com.
