The Problem

Serious accounting help shouldn’t require a six-figure hire.

A short look at what your accounting hire really costs.

Building Up$119,187& climbing

I. The Impossible Choice

Pay sixty to ninety thousand — or patch it together.

Most small and mid-sized U.S. businesses face the same impossible choice: pay $60,000–$90,000 a year for a domestic accounting hire they can barely afford — or patch things together with part-time support that never quite keeps up.

Year One, Loaded$119,187

II. The Result

$119,000. And the books are still late.

Messy books, delayed reporting, lender headaches, and a business owner spending weekends worrying about month-end close or invoice recording instead of growing their company.

Common Questions

Ask anything. We’ll answer plainly.

Our accountants are based in Pakistan and work hours that overlap with U.S. business hours. Communication happens via Slack, email, or your preferred tool — exactly the way you would work with any remote team member. Time zone logistics are discussed and agreed during onboarding.

Every resource is degree-qualified, tested on U.S. accounting standards, and reference-checked before placement. Gianugo — a CFO with 15+ years in finance, the last decade in the U.S. — personally oversees every engagement. You are never managing quality alone.

All resources operate under strict confidentiality agreements. System access is managed under your own credentials and security settings. We follow strict data handling practices and will sign your NDA or data processing agreement on request.

We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee. If the placement is not meeting your expectations within the first 30 days, we identify and transition to a replacement at no additional cost.

We ask for an initial 3-month commitment to give your resource time to learn your business properly. After that, engagements are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. No termination fees.
